I started make handmade jewelry about a year ago. Initially, I started with small stretchy bracelets and earrings.

I was skeptical about my designs and if people would like them. But, Jacob (my husband) reminded me that “if one person doesn’t someone else will”. He also said “if you enjoy doing it then just continue”. So, I have.
Overtime, just like any skill I have learned new techniques like wire wrapping, bead weaving, color matching, and wiring bracelets.

I have even made some necklaces sets. I don’t want to sound conceited but I really think they are pretty.

I like to watch video tutorials from 2 specific company’s Beadaholique and Artbeads. Though, I will admit I am a fan of one more than the other. Sadly, it will be closing. I have not made many of the ideas in their tutorials. But, I do like learning.
I can sit at my messing desk full of bead, wire, weaving string, tools and other jewelry making stuff for hours designing. But, it does take time. I could not tell you how many times I have taken things apart and redid them.

I am not perfect, but to me that is the beauty of a handmade item. It has character. The is no assembly machine making several of the same item. I pride myself on making 1 of each item with the exception of a few bracelets. I want people to have something unique and one of a kind.
Some of my favorite bracelets are my Jumble Bangle Jesus Journey Bangle (not pictured due to it being totally customized) and my Salvation Bracelet. I guess, because there is a story with them and parts of them can be customized. The cool thing I like about these is they can be made into bookmakers too.

If you would like to take a look at some more items. There are many. I can also ship to you. If you have questions please reach out to me @ http://contact.
