Introducing our empty BIG SHACK !!!
A couple months ago Jacob got the idea of making a trailer into a camper/toy hauler. He has watched several YouTube’s just to see other builds. Though, we may incorporate some ideas, we have come up with many other ideas to integrate into it.
Jacob has spent numerous hours daily drawing drafts and designing the camper. He meticulously sketched, measured, placed and moved several pieces and parts around. The details in the drafts were pretty impressive to me.
How did he do this if we didn’t have the trailer? He drew several ideas and used an app called Sketchup. This app is very cool. Of course, until we actually start the project, we do not know what will work and not work. But, that is the learning and fun part right?
We will start with a empty shell. As we make it ours with hard work, sweat, dedication and maybe even some tears. Our first step will be taking down the interior walls and installing insulation.
Unlike the Bronco Camper…It will have a/c and a shower for our longer trips. Plus, we can bring our motorcycle, trike or a 4 wheeler with us for entertainment. Another, thing is we will not have to break the camper down to go adventuring the areas. We can simply leave the camper and head out.
Our pups will have even more comfortable means as well. Though, we will probably still take them with us as much as possible. But, for those times we do not want to or can’t we can leave them and know they will be just as happy and safe.
