Day 18

There was not much picture taking today. Some days, here I suspect will be like that. My dad (Mike) had a dental appt. So while he was gone, Jacob and I took advantage of our time. My dad has a house keeper. But, I would fire her if I had a choice.

While dad was gone Jacob and I cleaned things obviously the house keeper cannot see. Even, if it’s in front of her. So, with a rags in hand we got busy.

The only thing with this Cinderella story is she (I) did not have any evil stepsisters around. They were at work or home. Ha, Ha!

Once, we were satisfied with things. We decided to go wash TJ Shack. After, all the rain we had been through TJ Shack was filthy.

On the way back, we stopped at Walmart to get my dad a new coffee pot. His does not brew well at all. It takes forever. I don’t think, he has even noticed the new one yet. That’s ok, he will.

Tonight, I cooked dinner. Spaghetti was on the menu. We do have a special spaghetti recipe from my late grandmother. But, I didn’t make it. Though, it brings back bitter sweet memories.
