Day 3
What type of traveler/ camper are ya? Do you like to just relax at your campsite? Do you like to set up what you want and then head out for adventures? Maybe, you like to adventure before setting up for camp.
As, for us well…I think it is a mixture of all this! I want to go and see and do. I mean that’s why you go places. While Jacob likes to chill at camp at least for the first day or 10. Ha, ha! And since I don’t do the driving I just go along with it. So today, we chilled at the campground. It was very quiet for the most part seeings many people were gone exploring. We did do some work training. Jacob is showing me how to order equipment for the business. I am a note taker until I do it more on my own.

The day was absolutely beautiful! The sun was out. The skies were blue and clear. It actually got to a point we wished we had a pair of shorts with us. We took a nice walk around different paths of the campground area.

My entertainment today was the roadrunner that kept hanging around our camp area. Funny, thing is I did see a coyote too. Do you remember the cartoon called “The Road Runner Show’?

I also saw a bobcat. We definitely have to keep a close eye on the boys (Jaxon and Dean). I was able to get close enough to snap a few pictures of it. I find it interesting that we can be gone 74 days (our last trip) and barely saw any wild life. We only saw 2 bears and a few deer the whole time. But, I’ve seen several just the 2 days we have been here.

As nice as the weather was today, as soon as the sun goes below the mountains range it gets cold again. But, we loved the way it lit up the mountains.

Tomorrow, we go explore!
