Day 11:
Well today started just blah😏 for me. But I pushed through knowing it would get better. We both made our own breakfast 🍽️. Mine was yogurt with homemade granola and berries. Jacob well he ate meatballs and mozzarella w/ tortillas. Lol.
We just relaxed most of the morning. I read my chapter and then made a nature craft. Basically, just everything comes from nature. It’s a little cross with purple flowers. I placed it among a group of rocks and baby pinecones.
The weather was crazy again today. It was cloudy ☁️, sunny ☀️, windy 🌬️ and of course rainy 🌧️! It’s definitely got multiple personalities. The weather did clear enough to go for a nice long walk. Admiring the Ponderosa Pines around us. Then, was snack time. One of my favorites strawberry 🍓 bread 🍞.
I started having a headache and Jacob did too🤕. It was probably because we didn’t have coffee ☕️ this morning. So, we laid down for bit, napped, woke up (obviously) and watched Bachelorette. When, we are at home we usually watch it with my mom. We call it date night for us 3! Afterwards, I got up to just get some fresh air. Plus, Jacob thought it would help my head.
Jaxon and Dean have been going crazy over this hole in the wild grass area. So, I finally just let him (Jaxon) dig at it. He made me laugh digging like crazy. But he finally was over it and got tired 🥱.
We haven’t had a fire at our last camp or this one until tonight. I mean what is camping without a campfire 🔥, really? There’s just something comforting about a campfire 🔥 watching the flames! Jacob got it going good. But as we could see in the distance RAIN 🌧️ was again coming. 😫This time we did not go inside. We stood outside. It was actually just a few cold windy sprinkles. It always sounded worse in the camper.
Well, just so you know my headache did go away some. Goodnight 💤🌙.
