Day 3:
Well, day 3 is coming to a close. Waking up this morning it was 44 degrees. Yeah, chilly for these Texans. But this is weather we longed for. Soon, the sun ☀️ came over the Pines and Aspens with its warm touch. Jacob made breakfast. We just relaxed and enjoyed watching the leaves 🍃 of my favorite trees (Aspens) flutter in the breeze. We took a hike with the boys explored nature. Later, I played a little fetch with Jaxon. It was then craft time…I painted a rock with a cut out from a magazine and decoupaged it on. It’s in memory of my late aunt Janie. I will place the rock somewhere during our trip. After, dinner we took another walk… got to work off that food. I caught a glimpse of the sun☀️ peeking through the Aspens. Now, our night is coming to a close and the moon 🌕 shines beautifully above us. We are always thankful for moments like these. Tomorrow, we go see hot air balloons!!
